Serbyu ensures a No Scam Guarantee through secure payments and an escrow system. Refunds may be issued based on the following rules:
Client Cancellation:
Full refund if canceled within a specified window before service (e.g., 24 hours).
Partial refund or forfeiture if canceled less than the allowed time.
Provider No-Show:
Full refund to Client.
Provider may face penalties or removal.
Service Not Completed / Poor Quality:
Refund will be evaluated through Serbyu’s dispute resolution process.
Evidence (photos, chat logs, receipts, etc.) may be required.
If the Client is dissatisfied with a service that was completed according to agreed terms, refunds may not apply.
Processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be returned to the Client’s original payment method (via Dragonpay or bank transfer).
